500吨电缆桥架成型液压机是为唐山客户定制的一台三梁四柱液压机四柱式结构：采用四根立柱支撑，滑块在立柱间上下运动，具有高刚性、高稳定性，适用于中小型拉伸件。框架式结构：整体焊接框架，抗偏载能力强，适用于大尺寸、高精度拉伸件，但成本较高。单动/双动设计：单动液压机仅上缸施压，双动液压机增加下缸（或压边缸），可实现复杂工艺（如深拉伸、变薄拉伸）。

three-beam four-column structure
Upper beam (main beam): bearing hydraulic cylinder and sliding block, bearing all pressure.
Workbench (lower beam): fix the mold and provide stable support.
Column: Connect the upper and lower beams to ensure the rigidity of the equipment, usually high-strength cast steel or forged steel.
Frame design: integrally welded or bolted to ensure lateral force resistance.
Core Components
Hydraulic cylinder: double-acting plunger cylinder is adopted to provide stable pressure (600 tons is nominal pressure).
Hydraulic pump station: including motor, oil pump, valve group (such as proportional valve, relief valve), control pressure and flow.
Control system: PLC touch screen, support automatic adjustment of pressure, stroke and speed.
Mold installation system: quick change mold structure, adapt to different workpiece requirements.
