The "630-ton frame container hydraulic press" is a large-tonnage hydraulic equipment specially designed for container manufacturing or maintenance. Its "frame" fuselage structure (integral frame frame) gives high rigidity and anti-partial load capacity. The "630-ton" nominal pressure (6300kN) meets the forming, calibration or stamping requirements of large container parts.
Container manufacturing involves the processing of a large number of metal plates (such as Q235B steel plate, thickness 2-8mm), including side plate stamping, top plate stretching, corner column forming, box correction and other processes. Traditional single-acting or small-tonnage hydraulic presses are difficult to handle the complex forming requirements of large-size, high-strength plates, while 630-ton frame container hydraulic presses have become the core equipment in container production lines with large tonnage, large countertops and high-rigidity bodies.
