The 500-ton four-beam and four-column hydraulic press equipment adopts a four-beam and four-column structure, which has high stability and bearing capacity. Four-column structure: the use of four column support, the slider in the column up and down movement, with high rigidity, high stability, suitable for small and medium-sized tensile parts.
Frame structure: the overall welding frame, anti-partial load capacity, suitable for large size, high precision tensile parts, but the cost is higher.
Single-acting/double-acting design: The single-acting hydraulic press only applies pressure to the upper cylinder, and the double-acting hydraulic press adds the lower cylinder (or crimping cylinder), which can realize complex processes (such as deep stretching and thinning stretching).
