Introduction of hydraulic press
The core function of the hydraulic press of the conjoined steel plate water tank is to process the steel plate into the curved surface, plane or special-shaped structural parts (such as side plates, top plates, bottom plates, flange edges, etc.) required by the water tank through hydraulic pressure, so as to lay the foundation for subsequent welding and assembly into an integral water tank. Specific features include:
Steel plate stretch forming: the flat steel plate is pressed into a curved side plate of the water tank (to meet the surface requirements of the cylindrical or square water tank);
Hanging/curling: The edges of the pressed steel plates form stiffeners or welded bevels (to improve structural strength and tightness);
Shaping and shaping: the steel plate is processed into specific parts of the water tank (such as flanges and reinforcing ribs) with the mold;
Auxiliary welding positioning: multiple steel plates are fixed by hydraulic clamping to ensure the position accuracy during welding.
