The machine has high precision: the integrated structure is adopted, the vertical precision of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide sleeves, and the parallel precision of any point between the lower working face and the upper working face is within 0.03MM. Its working height and working area size, can also be customized according to customer demand non-standard.
Accurate pressure positioning: oil cylinder adjustable mechanical positioning (accuracy 0.05mm), position ruler electrical positioning (accuracy 0.03mm), pressure sensor pressure positioning (accuracy 0.1kgf).
Imported accessories: hydraulic and electrical components are made in Japan, Taiwan and France, with low failure rate, high efficiency, low noise and convenient maintenance
High safety factor: the safety design is comprehensive, the flat head button is started with both hands, and the machine can only be started within 0.5 seconds when it is inched at the same time. The emergency stop switch is in the middle of the start button, and the emergency stop is within reach, so as to deal with emergencies in time. A safety grating is installed on the front of the workbench. If the machine is running, if the hand accidentally reaches into the working space, the machine will automatically rise, and the red light will be on if the grating fails, and the safety factor is high.
Convenient mold adjustment: the machine is equipped with up and down inching buttons to facilitate mold installation and correction.
The system is simple to adjust: the pressure is adjusted by the overflow valve, the speed is adjusted by the speed control valve, and the stroke is adjusted by the proximity sensor and the falling time. When the pressure is lowered, the output is recorded.
Energy saving: since the hydraulic cylinder uses a fast combination cylinder, the motor only needs to 2.2 kW the power: the motor stops automatically for 10 minutes during the operation to prevent unnecessary additional power consumption caused by not operating the machine, and only needs to restart the motor during operation.
High production efficiency: the hydraulic press adopts the mother and child cylinder, which can realize the rapid rise and stable pressure of the hydraulic press and improve the production efficiency
Low noise: the noise of the equipment during standby does not exceed 60 decibels
Convenient to move the machine: four casters are installed under the machine, which can be light and mobile, labor-saving and efficient
Easy to return and clean: the work surface is equipped with blanking trough and blowing device
