汽车内饰成型专用液压机是滕州众友重工机械设备有限公司专为汽车内饰成型厂家（如：汽车顶蓬、门板、天窗板、后搁板）设计，汽车内饰成型专用液压机适用于内饰件制品的压制成型，切边，落料等工艺。液压机整机采用进口PLC三菱、欧姆龙、西门子控制，辅助以滑块行程检测的直线位移传感器，压力传感器等，汽车内饰专用成型液压机通过工业触摸屏显示，设置滑块行程、速度、压力以及综合时间等参数。液压控制采用先进的插装阀集成系统，流量大，运行稳定，还具有压力过载保护功能，滑块上限位有安全插销结构，工作台前加装充电保护装置。保证操作、换模、维护时的人身安全。汽车内饰件生产线由加热烘箱、成型压机以及自动送料线组成，完成汽车内饰件的自动压制成型。
