Introduction of hydraulic press

With its high rigidity and large working space, the 500-ton gantry hydraulic press is widely used in metal forming, powder metallurgy, non-metallic products and other fields, including:

1. Metal stamping and stretching

Auto parts: pre-formed blanks for pressing automobile covering parts (such as doors, hoods) and chassis structural parts (such as longitudinal beams, cross beams).

Agricultural machinery and hardware: the production of large agricultural tools (such as ploughshares), hardware (such as locks, brackets) stretching, bending molding.

Metal forgings: used for billet, free forging of shaft parts (such as train axle blank) or die forging (such as gear blank).

2. Powder metallurgy products

Press iron-based and copper-based powder metallurgy parts (such as gears, cams, oil-containing bearings), and increase the density (target density ≥ 6.8g/cm³) through high-pressure densification to meet the requirements of strength and wear resistance.

3. Non-metallic products

Refractory materials: pressing large refractory bricks (such as blast furnace bricks and glass kiln bricks), which need to be matched with molds to achieve high-precision molding (size deviation ≤ 1mm).

Plastic/rubber molding: used for hot press molding of large plastic plates (such as glass fiber reinforced plastic and PVC plates), or vulcanization pressing of rubber products (such as sealing rings and tire cushion belts).

4. Other industrial scenarios

Mold manufacturing: As the core equipment of the molding machine, it presses the surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic mold and the rubber mold.

Correction and press fitting: the mechanical parts (such as shaft, disc) for correction (alignment), or the completion of the press fit (such as bearing and shaft assembly).
