315 tonssingle-arm hydraulic press所用的工作介质的作用不仅是传递压强，而且保证机器工作部件工作灵敏、可靠、寿命长和泄漏少。315 tonssingle column hydraulic press对工作介质的基本要求是：①有适宜的流动性和低的可压缩性，以提高传动的效率；②能防锈蚀；③有好的润滑性能；④易于密封；⑤性能稳定，长期工作而不变质。本系列压力机全部采用钢板焊接结构，机器强度高，精度稳定并有长期的保持性，该机装有液压过载保护装置，利用三面空间，可拓宽工作范围，也可根据用户要求定做生产
1、30吨单柱液压机采用计算机优化机构设计，C型单臂式机身结构，刚性好，结构简单，操作方便。
2、整机采用钢板焊接，并经壁炉回火处理。
3、液压控制采用二通插装集成系统，工作可靠、动作直观、维修方便。
4、30吨单臂采用按钮集中控制，具有调整、手动、半自动（半自动可分为定程单次和定压单次两种工艺）三种操作方式。
5、滑块的工作压力、空载快速下行和慢速工进的行程范围均可根据工艺需要进行调整
