山东众友为西安客户定制的一台200吨单臂液压机是用来压钢球单臂液压机圆管压钢球是一种专用于将钢球压入圆管端部或对圆管与钢球进行精密装配/成型的液压设备。其通过单臂（单主油缸）结构提供垂直压力，结合专用模具，实现圆管与钢球的精准定位、压装或复合成型，广泛应用于汽车制动系统、液压管路连接、工业管道接头、五金配件等领域。
Typical process scenario:
Pipe joint assembly: press the steel ball into the end of the round pipe to form a seal or connection structure (such as automobile brake oil pipe joint);
Composite molding: apply pressure to the end of the round pipe, and at the same time embed the steel ball to form a special pipe with a boss/groove (such as a hydraulic distributor interface);
Correction and strengthening: through the pressure of the steel ball on the pipe local pressure, correction deformation or improve the end strength (such as engineering machinery oil pipe reinforcement).
