这台315吨茶砖液压机采用三梁四柱结构，经济实用，液压控制采用插装阀集成系统，减少泄露，动作可靠，使用寿命长，可实现定压和定程两种成形工艺，具备保压延时功能，工作压力行程可在规定的范围内调节，采用按钮集中控制，可实现手动、半自动、自动三种操作方式，茶饼压制油压机压制的茶饼，水分的吸收与蒸发对于紧压的茶饼影响度不大，因此，微生物跟香气都能更好的保存下来。并且氧气和光线与茶饼的接触面积相对缩小了很多，多酚类，酮类与叶绿素的氧化就缓慢了很多，茶质就能更好的保存，我公司可根据用户需求定做生产各吨位forming hydraulic press、Tensile hydraulic press等
