400 tons of resin manhole cover hydraulic press is specially used for resin composite manhole covers (such as resin fiber manhole covers, SMC/BMC molded manhole covers)

Resin manhole cover molding
Process flow: raw material (BMC resin) → metering and molding → placing steel skeleton → clamping and pressing → holding and curing
(The time is adjusted according to the thickness of the manhole cover) → demoulding and picking up parts.
Advantages: a hot pressing molding, manhole cover bearing capacity of more than 40 tons, impact resistance is better than cast iron manhole cover, and anti-theft, corrosion resistance.
Other Composite Processing
Farming manure leakage board: uniform pressing density, controllable porosity, and extended service life by 50%.
Plastic cover/card board: by adjusting the pressure and temperature, adapt to PP, PE and other materials molding.
