Introduction of hydraulic press
500 ton plastic big basin hydraulic press is designedMedium and large plastic products (such as plastic pots, barrels, trays, etc.) molding processingThe core function of the designed medium-sized hydraulic equipment is to complete the pressing, blow molding or injection molding of plastic raw materials (such as PE, PP, PVC, etc.) through hydraulic pressure drive molds, which is suitable for industrial-grade and large-scale production scenarios.
Its working principle is as follows:
Hydraulic drive: The hydraulic system (including oil pump, hydraulic cylinder, and oil tank) provides stable high-pressure power to ensure uniform pressure distribution during the pressing process.
Mold closing: the movable beam moves downward under the action of hydraulic pressure, and closes with the fixed base to form a closed cavity.
High-pressure molding: Through a nominal pressure of 500 tons, the plastic raw material is compressed to the mold gap to eliminate bubbles and ensure that the material is fully filled.
Cooling and curing: keep the pressure until the product cools and solidifies, and then open the mold to take out the finished product.
Typical application scenarios
Plastic products forming large plastic basin: such as household laundry basin, industrial storage basin, through high pressure pressing to achieve thick wall, high strength structure.
Composite material manhole cover: glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) or BMC material manhole cover, which requires 500 tons of pressure to ensure the compactness of the material.
Sanitary ware: such as toilet water tank, wash basin, molding process can achieve complex curved surface and smooth surface.
Industrial material processing resin manhole cover/drain: high-pressure pressing improves material wear resistance and impact resistance.
U-shaped trough/leakage board: plastic components for agriculture or construction, molding process can produce standardized products in batches.
Special material molding carbon fiber/quartz stone composite material: high pressure is required to ensure that the fiber and matrix material are fully infiltrated to improve the mechanical properties of the product.
