Working characteristics: The equipment can be optionally equipped with in-mold core-pulling control system and preset in-mold ejection control system to realize a series of precise control actions, such as fast down, segmented pressing, segmented venting, working, holding pressure, slow mold opening, etc.
The working temperature can be controlled at multiple points to meet the needs of different materials for molding temperature.
Structural features: The equipment adopts a three-beam and four-column structure with high strength and stability.
Large parts such as upper and lower beams, worktables and sliders are all steel plate weldments, and the deformation stress is treated by aging vibration to ensure that the equipment is not deformed for long-term use.
The oil cylinder adopts single-cylinder or multi-cylinder design, which is arranged in the upper beam hole, with good sealing performance and strong wear resistance.
