Performance characteristics of SMC FRP hot-pressing hydraulic press: The body is welded with all steel plates CO2. After welding, annealing treatment is used to eliminate the internal stress of welding and ensure that the body is not easy to deform. Hydraulic system is located in the fuselage, beautiful appearance, easy to operate. The series press is equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical control system, using button centralized control, can realize the fixed range and constant pressure two molding process, with pressure display and stroke, pressure adjustment and other functions. Moreover, the guide post and piston rod are plated with hard chrome after intermediate frequency quenching, which is not easy to rust and nap. The oil pump inlet is equipped with a unique filter device to ensure the service life of the oil pump and valve. The oil circuit connection adopts imported high-pressure hose, which greatly reduces the noise of the machine.
