5. After the pipe and flange, pipe and joint are welded by argon arc welding, pickling treatment must be carried out before secondary installation;

6. After the valve chamber is installed, it should be cleaned repeatedly before debugging, and the pollution level should reach nas9;

7. The sealing test shall be carried out under the oil pressure of 15 MPa, and the test pressure of the standby valve group shall be 24 MPa;

8, pressure for 10 minutes without leakage;

9. The no-load test shall run for 10 cycles according to the action program, and the action of each component shall be flexible and reliable.

  10. After passing the inspection, all openings must be sealed to prevent dirt from invading.
