How to clean the filter blockage of the forming hydraulic press?

(1)用溶剂清洗 
Common solvents include triethylene, paint thinner, toluene, gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, etc. These solvents are prone to ignition and have certain toxicity, so special attention should be paid when cleaning. Alkali solutions such as caustic pots and baits, interface agents, and electrolytic degreasing cleaning can also be used. After washing, the solvent must be quickly removed by washing with water or other methods.  

(2)用机械及物理办法清洗 
1.用毛刷清扫：应选用柔软毛刷除掉滤芯的尘垢，过硬的钢丝刷会将网式、线隙式的滤芯损坏，使烧结式滤芯烧结颗粒刷落，并且此法不适用于纸质过滤器。
2. Cleaning: The effect is to remove dust and dirt from the filter element in the cleaning solution, but the filter element is a porous material with absorption properties, which may affect the cleaning effect.  
3.加热挥发法：有些过滤器上的积垢，用加热办法能够除掉，但应注意在加热时不能使滤芯内部残存有炭灰及固体附着物。 
4.用紧缩空气吹：用紧缩空气在滤垢积层反面吹出积垢，选用脉动气流效果更好。 
5. Use water pressure cleaning: The method is the same as above, and alternating between the two methods yields better results.
