2. The oil temperature is too high
Hydraulic oil is the medium of hydraulic pressure in traditional work, and the temperature is between 35°C and 60°C. If the oil is greater than this temperature, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will be destroyed and the lubricating oil film will become thinner, which will reduce the working efficiency of the system. If the situation is serious, there will be serious leakage, which will not only increase the wear of the machine, but also destroy the gap between the components, resulting in serious wear of the mating surface between the pump and valve, which will increase the frictional resistance and the valve core. The phenomenon of stuck may make the equipment unable to work normally.
At the same time, the oil temperature is too high will produce oil vaporization, a large amount of water evaporation, hydraulic components will produce cavitation, resulting in the hydraulic system can not work properly. In addition, it may cause accelerated aging of the rubber seal and shorten the life. The sealing performance will also deteriorate, causing the hydraulic system of the four-column hydraulic press to leak.
3. The hydraulic system is mixed with a large amount of air
A large amount of air mixed into the hydraulic system will cause the situation: the hydraulic lock actuator is unstable, causing air corrosion and dry friction to the hydraulic components, shortening the life of the hydraulic components, and the pipeline and related equipment will vibrate. There will be noise and slider crawling.
