5. Check whether the cylinder is broken.
6. Whether the four-column hydraulic press system is balanced and the girder is stuck, of course, there are not many such problems.
7. The total flow rate of the pump is abnormal, such as the total flow rate of the pump is inversely proportional to the working pressure
8. See whether the working pressure of the hydraulic transmission system belongs to normal conditions
9. The direction valve of the lower chamber of the hydraulic transmission system is stuck, and the oil also enters the upper and lower chambers.
10. The valve core of the charging valve of the hydraulic transmission system is stuck, which is probably the cause of the debris or the spring fracture.
