Therefore, when we choose the pump, it is appropriate to choose a variable pump with a pressure limiting type. This variable pump can be accompanied by the hydraulic machine actuator flow demand and make a corresponding change.
More specifically, when the pressure required by the four-column hydraulic system is gradually reduced, the variable pump will adjust the flow accordingly according to the actual situation to adapt to the rapid switching of the actuator inside the hydraulic press; and when the pressure required by the hydraulic system rises instantaneously, the variable pump can reduce the flow accordingly to meet the operational requirements of the actuator. In summary, the variable pump by adjusting the parameters to allow the actuator to work properly at the same time, but also a reasonable control of the hydraulic system in the operation of the power consumption, to achieve the effect of killing two birds with one stone.
