矿用锚杆托盘冲压成型过程无需人工操作，由自动送料机直接抓取剪切好的长条板，送至锚杆托盘模具上，矿用锚杆托盘冲压成型液压机一次下压过程中完成剪切、冲孔、压型，推料杆将压制好的托盘推出即可。四柱液压机压制锚杆托盘操作简单，锚杆托盘液压机-全自动冲剪压型成型设备效率高、安全系数高、节约人力成本。
