4. The unloading circuit of the 1000-ton four-column hydraulic press system is not operating well. Usually, an unloading valve is set at the pump outlet of the system. When the system is not loaded and does not need pressure oil, the system is unloaded to reduce energy loss. If the unloading valve action is not good, do not need pressure oil from the overflow valve oil spill back to the tank, will make the oil temperature rise.
