200 吨双缸四柱液压机为三梁四柱结构，配置主工作油缸 + 顶出油缸双缸系统，主缸完成压制、拉伸、压型，顶出缸用于工件脱模、反拉伸压边。设备压力输出稳定均匀，适用于金属板材拉伸、冲压、折弯、校平、压装，也可用于复合材料、橡胶、粉末制品压制成型。机床通用性强，更换模具即可实现多种工艺，既可单品种大批量生产，也可满足多品种小批量加工，可按需选配伺服系统、安全光栅、自动送料、出料装置，广泛用于五金制造、钣金加工、厨具制品、汽车零部件、橡塑复合材料等行业。
可实现加工工艺
金属板材：深拉伸、压型、折弯、压筋、校平、落料、冲孔、整形；
装配工艺：轴承、轴套压装，零部件压合校正；
非金属压制：玻璃钢、复合材料、橡胶、塑料、粉末冶金制品压制成型。
可加工工件：不锈钢盆壳、水箱小板、五金冲压件、汽配配件、防护罩壳体、复合材料制品、各类压装零部件。
