众友重工生产的500吨拉伸机专门拉伸不锈钢水塔椭圆形、碟形封头、水箱端盖、圆形封头顶，民用 / 工业储水罐封头；分单动四柱（经济型）、双动四梁（高端防皱量产款）两种机型。

封头拉伸必备核心配置

1. 液压系统（防皱、防裂关键）

大流量充液阀：快速下行，缩短空程时间，提升节拍；

分段调压：快速下行→低压预压→拉伸保压→缓慢泄压，防止不锈钢回弹撕裂；

伺服节能系统（选配）：拉伸保压时电机降速，油温低、噪音小、省电；

2. 底部多顶杆液压垫（单动机型替代压边缸）

工作台内置多点顶出油缸，拉伸时反向顶紧凹模外圈，提供均匀压边力，解决不锈钢薄板拉伸褶皱问题；成型后同步顶出封头，无需人工撬模，保护封头表面光洁度。
