Hydraulic machine body
The 400-ton double-cylinder, three-beam and four-column large table top hydraulic press uses galvanized sheet as the base plate, the worktable and slider are integral 45# cast steel, the galvanized sheet is the base plate, and high-quality environmentally friendly polyester baking paint is used as the topcoat.
Hydraulic press master cylinder

Hydraulic system
The 400-ton double-cylinder, three-beam and four-column large table hydraulic press adopts a large flow plug-in valve, and an oil suction filter is arranged at the oil inlet of the pump to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system to ensure the normal operation of the oil circuit. The system has oil temperature and oil level display, air filtration and other devices. The oil tank is of steel plate welded structure, and the bottom is equipped with screw plugs for oil drain and sewage discharge. Plug-in special hydraulic motor to reduce workshop noise.
Electrical system
