Introduction of hydraulic press
This machine is composed of two parts: the host and the control mechanism, which are connected by pipelines and electrical devices to form a whole. The host part includes the fuselage, the master cylinder, the limited range device, etc. The control mechanism includes hydraulic pump station (power system), electrical box, mobile console, etc. The structure and function of these parts are described as follows:
1. Fuselage
The main engine adopts a three-beam and four-column structure: it is composed of upper and lower beams, sliders, workbenches, columns, master cylinders, hydraulic power systems and electrical systems.
2. Master cylinder
The cylinder body of the master cylinder is fixed on the table. The lower end of the piston is connected with the slider by a connecting flange and bolts, and the material of the piston head is cast iron for guiding. The piston head is pressed with YX-type sealing rings in the opposite direction, and the piston rod is equipped with O-type sealing rings. The cylinder is divided into two oil chambers. The cylinder is equipped with a guide sleeve, and the outer circle of the guide sleeve is equipped with O-type sealing rings. Lock with flanges and bolts to ensure the sealing of the cylinder port. A dustproof ring is installed on the cylinder port flange to ensure the dustproof of the piston rod
3. Hydraulic station
The hydraulic pump consists of an oil tank, an axial piston pump, an electric motor, a two-way cartridge valve, an oil filter, and an air filter.
The oil tank is Q235 steel plate welded joint, and the front end is equipped with a pressure gauge to observe the pressure and adjust the pressure. A liquid level gauge is installed at the lower part of the pressure gauge bracket to observe the liquid level. The oil suction port of the oil pump is equipped with an oil suction filter to ensure the cleanliness of the pump and hydraulic system. An air filter is installed on the panel of the fuel tank to filter the air.
