有很多客户说只会使用单臂液压机，但是却不会对它进行维修，不知道什么时候该换液压油，这可是不行的，我们可以通过对单臂液压机五个方面的检查来对它进行适当的维修。

1. External overall inspection: clean the outside of the machine tool, and then look at whether the screws are loose, whether the parts are, whether there are cracks or deformation. The length of the mark on the fuselage shall not be less than 30cm;
2. Inspection of the clutch device: The inspection of the clutch should be carried out during operation. Look at the wear of the wave teeth. If it is worn out by 1/3, it must be replaced;
3. Test run inspection: When the machine tool rotates, we need to see if there is any air leakage, and also to see if the machine has abnormal vibration and lubrication;
4. Inspection and adjustment of forging parts: When conducting a pressure test, we can use a relatively high pressure to detect the stroke of the piston. There should be no leakage in the oil circuit. After the pressure is removed, the pressure gauge will return to 0. At this time, the parts are not damaged;
5. Inspection of the input device: the conveyor chain should be inspected one by one. If there is serious wear and deformation, we should replace it. The tension of the chain should be the same, as far as possible, the chain length can slightly touch the lower plate.
