1. The quality of hydraulic pipeline is not up to standard
液压管路质量不达标，承压能力低，使用时间短，就容易出现漏油现象，对铁油管来说，管壁厚薄不匀，使得油管的承载能力降低;对软管来说，橡胶质量差、钢丝层拉力不足、编织不均，承载能力不足。解决方法：选用优质大公司生产的油管。
2、管路安装或固定不符合要求，很多技术人员设计时没有考虑管路的长度、角度、螺纹是否合适，强行安装配置，从而使得管路发生变形，产生安装应力，降低使用寿命，导致漏油。解决方法：减少管路长度、角度和弯道数量，并对管路进行固定。
3、管路连接处O型圈老化或磨损，O型圈是为了密封管道连接处，如果长时间使用，O型圈就会老化，起不到应有的密封作用。解决方法：更换新的O型圈。

1、四柱液压机液压缸密封件装配时，往往要经过螺纹、花键、键槽与锐边等位置，稍不注意容易造成密封唇部漏油现象的发生，解决方法：拆开重新装密封件;

3. hydraulic valve block leaks oil
1. There is a problem with the quality of the valve block. There are blisters, which cause oil leakage. The solution: check the oil leakage valve block to see if it has maintenance value, otherwise replace it directly with a new one;
2. The valve block is not installed properly, resulting in oil leakage at the connection. It should be removed and reinstalled;
3. The valve block seal is aging or damaged, causing oil leakage. The solution: remove the valve block, replace the new seal, and reinstall it.
Oil leakage of 4. hydraulic pump
1. If there is a problem with the quality of the hydraulic pump seal or the oil leakage caused by aging, it should be disassembled and replaced with a new seal;
2. The external oil pipe of the hydraulic pump is loose, the pipe joint is damaged, the O-ring is aging or cracks are produced. The solution: after disassembling, replace the new O-ring and reinstall it;
3. The internal components of the hydraulic pump are aging or severely worn, causing oil leakage. The solution: directly replace the new hydraulic pump.
