1. At the initial stage of hydraulic equipment operation, the failure pipe joint is loose due to vibration, the seal quality is poor or the leakage is caused by improper assembly, and the burrs, molding sand, chips and other dirt in the oil passage of the pipeline or hydraulic component fall off under the impact of the oil flow, blocking the damping hole and the oil filter, causing unstable pressure and speed. Due to heavy load or poor heat dissipation conditions in the external environment, the oil temperature is too high to cause leakage, resulting in pressure and speed changes

2. The failure rate of hydraulic equipment in the middle and late stages of operation is low, and the system is in a good operation state, but special attention should be paid to prevent oil pollution. In the later stage, due to the difference in working frequency and load of hydraulic components, vulnerable parts begin to wear normally and abnormally. At this stage, the failure rate is higher, the leakage increases, and the efficiency decreases.
3. Sudden failure is characterized by sudden failure and no warning, such as collision, pipe rupture, foreign matter blocking the channel, seal damage, etc. Although this kind of problem is caused by accidental factors, it is closely related to the quality of work. The hydraulic system may have sudden failure at all stages of operation.
