成型液压机的工作压力正常与否，在很大程度上会影响液压系统的工作性能。液压系统的工作压力出现异常，通常表现为压力进行调节出现调压阀的失效、液压系统的压力不能够正常建立、完全没有任何压力、持续的保持高压状态、压力上升后不稳定等情况，如果一旦出现液压系统的压力出现失常或者不足的情况，液压系统的执行元件就会很难执行正常的工作循环，可能出现始终处于原始位置不能够正常作业，动作速度会出现明显的降低，动作时相关控制阀组经常发生刺耳的噪声。
