State 2 is that the stretching slider and the holder slider quickly approach the workpiece together under the drive of the stretching cylinder. State 3 is that the stretching slider does not move. The holder slider moves down the holder ring to press the workpiece. State 4 is that the holder slider does not move (with holder force). State 5 is that the stretching slider and the holder slider move back to push the holder back to lift the workpiece.
The process flow is as follows: the initial position of the hydraulic press → the stretching slider and the pressing slider are quickly lowered together → the pressing slider is quickly lowered separately → the pressing slider is pressurized → the stretching slider is downward to stretch the workpiece → the pressure holding delay and pressure relief → the pressing slider is returned → the lifting rotating device is lifted up → (after the workpiece is removed) the lifting rotating device is returned. The ejection starting time of the jack-up rotary device can be excited by the position set in the return stroke of the slider to increase the working frequency.
