　　上图试机的铝制品挤压成形液压机为500吨四柱液压机。本机主要适用于金属材料的挤压及锻造成形，如开坯镦粗、拔长、扩孔、弯曲、压印、浅拉伸、整形等。我司生产的金属挤压成形设备属于立式挤压设备，采用高压液体作为动力源，主缸液体最大工作压力可控制在22MPa以内，具有尺寸精度高、材料利用率高、生产效率高，产品强度高等特点。用户可根据需求定制框架式或四柱式的（冷/热）挤压设备。
