The oil residue of the hydraulic oil, the welding residue, the cotton yarn left during cleaning and other sundries may block the oil pipe, making the lubrication point less oil or no oil, resulting in overheating and wear, or causing the oil supply plunger outlet The resistance is too large to cause damage. When the oil pipe is blocked, there is no oil at the oil supply point, and oil leakage may occur in front of the blocked oil pipe section or the oil supply plunger of the oil point is damaged. In order to prevent the tube is not blocked, the following methods should be taken.
1. Before installing the oil pipes of the 1000-ton hydraulic press, all the oil pipes need to be cleaned one by one. They can be cleaned by alkali washing, water washing and white cloth wiping, and can also be blown clean with air under pressure.

2. Before the oil injector, stuffing box and cylinder oil supply point are connected, the oil injector should be started first, and the oil situation and cleanliness should be checked at each oil supply point until it is completely cleaned, and then the joint should be formally connected.
3. When bending the pipe, use the bending tool to cold bend the pipe or heat the bending with oxyacetylene flame. At the same time, pay attention to prevent the metal from overheating and deforming or bending flat.
4、1000 ton hydraulic pressAfter the oil pipe and oil injector are assembled, the strength test of the system should be carried out. The test pressure is 1.5 times of the operating pressure. If leakage or rupture is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
5. If the tubing is not long enough and needs to be taken over, a movable joint should be installed, and the casing method can also be used to weld and lengthen the tubing to avoid welding slag or molten metal blocking the tubing.
