1.按钮不灵敏
按钮不灵敏基本不会出现在新设备上，拉伸液压机出厂前要调试，而按钮不灵敏一般会出现在旧设备上。
解决方法：拆卸按钮，对按钮进行清理，如果是下面有灰尘，清理后就可以使用;如果是按钮损坏，就需要更换新的按钮来解决。
二、接近开关故障

由于长期使用，微动开关回位弹簧逐渐失去弹性，无法复位，
解决办法：用相同厚度的铜(或比原簧片厚)来代替疲劳失效弹簧。
3. solenoid cartridge valve solenoid failure
电磁插装阀电磁线圈用于四柱液压机的动作，电磁线圈的损坏或失效一般是由电压不稳定引起的。如果阀门的锥阀出现问题，锥口密封不严，阀套变形，The wear of the valve core, the difficulty of loading and unloading, the lax sealing of the shuttle valve on the control cover, and the main valve core is not in the closed state, will cause the internal control of the system to be unstable, and the position of the actuator will also be unstable.

四、继电器故障

1. Hydraulic oil leakage
压力继电器主要由阀体、柱塞、微动开关和弹簧组成，在油压作用下，柱塞的轴向运动接触微动开关来切换电信号，柱塞与阀体之间采用间隙密封，如果The manufacturing quality cannot be guaranteed. Excessive leakage will inevitably lead to a drop in system pressure, causing the pneumatic pump to compensate for excessive frequency and affecting its service life. When the system is under pressure, check whether the oil return port has too much oil.
解决方法：通过更换新的压力继电器来解决故障。
5. can not use the holding time
Tensile hydraulic press保压时间可调，保压时间达不到我们设定的时间，或者保压不好，就要看控制系统的时间继电器是否还能工作，我们应检查单向阀是否泄漏;Whether the master cylinder sealing ring is leaking; whether the control program is confused to solve the problem.
解决方法：如果是单向阀故障，可通过更换单向阀来解决;如果是主缸密封圈泄露，需要更新的密封件;如果是控制程序混乱，那就需要重新编写程序，And put into the PLC controller.
6. voltage instability
当电压不稳定时，也会产生控制系统故障，导致很多电子元件无法正常工作，达到不到额定电压，就无法控制四柱液压机正常工作。
解决方法：检查电压是否正常，一旦电压过低或过高，就要停机检查线路，必要时可按照稳压器。
