3、四柱液压机经常保持液压油清洁，加油补油时要经过过滤，不要与其他液体混用，新设备使用三个月应更换新液压油以后应每隔半年或一年更换一次。如在高温高湿高灰尘地方连续工作的，需要缩短换油周期。
4、四柱液压机装配和拆卸的部件，必须保持清洁，无杂物进入阀块污染。系统的组件必须仔细检查和清洗油箱，润滑油灌装箱和管道，确保清洁、无腐蚀、无污染。
5. The hydraulic pressure should be adjusted according to the rated working pressure within the actual needs of 25MPa. The working pressure is not too high to extend the service life of the pump and valve, save energy, and reduce the thermal system.
6、燃料箱在工作过程中的温度应为油55℃之间，如果油温高应停止工作，待油温冷却后的工作，以免损坏泵和密封。当温度低于20℃，N32#抗磨液压油为工作介质；室温高于30℃，应选择#N46抗磨液压油为工作介质。油温度应控制在15～50范围内℃℃。
