Performance characteristics:
Multi-pump combination configuration: Conventional presses use a large motor to drive an oil pump. Due to the more complex action and large speed span of the composite press, different oil pumps are used to control different working periods, which is more energy-saving and more stable.
低速稳定性能:常规复合材料压机为了实现低速稳定均采用阀控系统,复合材料压机采用泵控系统,低稳定速度能实现0.1mm/s、理论上无能量损耗。
High rigidity structure: the main body adopts high rigidity mechanism through finite element analysis, and the machining adopts numerical control floor boring and milling machining center, which has good rigidity and high precision.
Hydraulic system: equipped with two sets of in-mold shaft core control system, and preset in-mold ejection control system, can increase the multi-point ejection, blowing and other functions. It can realize actions such as fast downward movement, pre-pressing, deflation, working, pressure maintaining, slow mold opening and fast return of cylinder pressure, slow demoulding, fast ejection retention, fast return, etc. It can also add functions such as stable pressure supplement of deflation section, multi-point temperature control, fast pressurization, etc.
