(2) The hydraulic check valve is not flexible in opening and closing, and there is a blocking phenomenon. This fault is easy to occur when the opening pressure is small and the check valve is installed horizontally.
The main reason is 1. The size and shape precision of the valve body hole and the valve core are poor, and the clearance is not appropriate. 2. When the valve core is deformed or the valve body hole is installed, the screw is not tightened.
Uniform and deformation 3. spring deformation distortion, radial force on the spool stroke, so that the spool movement is blocked
Solution 1. Repair and polish the deformed valve parts of the oil pipe and adjust the clearance 2. Use a new spring.
(3) abnormal sound when working
The main reason is that 1. the flow rate of the liquid flow exceeds the allowable value 2. resonance with other valves makes a stirring sound.
Treatment measures 1. Change the specification valve with larger flow rate 2. Change the spring with appropriate elastic strength, mainly to improve the design of the system circuit itself, if necessary
