The stretch forming hydraulic press is composed of four columns and upper and lower beams. The water tank stretch forming hydraulic press is mainly composed of hydraulic cylinder, piston, sealing device, hydraulic control system and other parts. The buffer cylinder generally includes cylinder barrel, buffer piston, buffer plunger, throttle valve and other components. The cylinder is the main body of the buffer cylinder, the buffer piston and the buffer plunger move in the cylinder, and the throttle valve is used to adjust the flow in the buffer process.

It is composed of multiple ejector rods, ejector plates, guiding devices and driving mechanisms (usually connected with hydraulic systems). The ejection rods are evenly distributed on the ejection plate, the guide device ensures that the ejection rods move smoothly during the ejection process, and the driving mechanism provides the power required for the ejection. For a water tank with a complex shape, the multi-rod ejection can apply force from multiple positions at the same time to ensure that the water tank can be smoothly removed from the mold and to avoid deformation or damage of the water tank due to poor demoulding.


In the process of drawing and forming of the metal water tank, the equipment first drives the slider down through the hydraulic system to make the metal plate fit with the mold. Then, under the continuous action of the hydraulic system, the metal sheet is gradually stretched and deformed in the mold until it reaches a predetermined shape and size. In the stretch forming process, the hydraulic pad and the buffer cylinder work together to ensure the smooth stretching process. Finally, when the stretch forming is completed, the multi-rod ejection mechanism will push the formed metal water tank out of the mold to complete the entire production process

The hydraulic pad is located under or around the mold. It is used to provide stable support and cushioning during the stretch forming process to prevent excessive deformation or cracking of the metal sheet during the stretching process. The buffer cylinder is used in conjunction with the hydraulic pad. It is used to absorb impact energy during the downward or upward process of the slider, reduce equipment vibration and noise, and improve the stability and service life of the equipment. After the stretch forming is completed, used to push out the formed metal water tank from the mold. The multi-rod design can ensure a smooth and uniform ejection process and avoid product deformation or damage.
